Riot really needs to nerf either ezreal in general or the ranged iceborn, now that every ezreal buys iceborn he turns into a no skill champion that can kite anyone without invis/800ms. Maybe make it so iceborn as ranged only puts slow on the target hit? That slow just needs a serious nerf because he abuses it 100%.

ofc he abuses it its there for a reason, and its to kite
the fact that he can hit that skillshot (which is not easy to land tho the range is long)
the way he plays is difficult too, and easy to predict
i can thresh hook an ezreal out of his arcane shift and thats just me being a bronze 4 so im sure u can play against an ezreal
