Looks like Maokai is getting some nerfs on the PBE
Maokai Arcane Smash (Q) mana cost increased from 45 to 45/50/55/60/65.
Sapling Toss (E) - [no longer deals damage on impact when it lands]
Think these will help take him down a notch?

oSEXYPLATYPUSo2 votesnow there is zero reason to point anything into E and the mana cost on Q isn't that big of a deal due to the fact he usually builds a few items that increase his mana pool
but the E is stupid... its what allows him to have some chance to farm vs bad match ups
Mecha MaIphite1 votesThe first hit of E doesn't do much damage anyway. I usually just Q minions that are far away, and try to sustain myself back up.
