Make URF 80% cd and thats fucking all

I was playing nasus in urf, I couldn't get one fucking q in before I was dead from the fucking damage. Stop giving each indivdual champion buffs. 80% cd for everyoen and that is it. no more no less. Deff no massively stupid damage buffs.

Tryndamere Udyr Sivir Malzahar Karthus Kalista Gnar Camille because cooldown reduction matters so much for every champion.

Oh yeah let me straight up play udyr without buff against a not nerfed zed. That should be so fun.
