Lucian is in DIRE NEED of a Buff

Lucian is one of the few bursty marksmen in the game, and was previously nerfed cause his damage was too high. Well, now there is the problem that he does NO damage at all. His ult is really only useful for finishing off an enemy that has about 200 health as it runs away, or to clear minions, other than that... useless. I noticed just how large of an issue it was in my most recent ranked game, where a Tristana, was doing WAYYYYYY more damage than me and my combos with just 3 Auto Attacks.

The issue there is, Lucian is supposed to be best at early game, while Tristana is late game carry. So WHY exactly does a late game carry do so much more damage than a champ with early advantage? Not only in lane is Lucian nearly worthless, but in team fights as well, since his ult, his main way of dealing aoe damage is pathetic, even with Last Whisper, and every champion played now normally has quite a bit of beef on them.

So Lucian has no damage, no extra health or armor to protect him, nothing. He can do NOTHING right now. Reworking ADC items won't help him at all cause his scaling is fine, its just his damage is TERRIBLE and when I play my Lucian to show off my awesome new Project skin, I get flamed, reported for assisting enemy team, or just get dodged on cause everyone knows how pathetic he is.

Just make it so Lucian can do enough damage to keep up. There is no reason for a champion to be nearly worthless like this.
