Spirit Guard Udyr Abilities Not Evolving at Level 5 Patch 10.4

Title, just played Udyr in a match on 2/20 and noticed that at level 5 Spirit Guard Udyr abilities doesn't evolve, is it a bug? Or did they change it to evolve at level 6?

Really frustrates me and no one cares. You never get to see the effects. Kills an expensive skin
