Champion Points for All Other Maps Besides SR Please

So I like gaining champion points...yeah. I don't feel encouraged to play other maps when only SR offers these points. Actually since the release of the mastery system I haven't even touched the other maps because of the point system only being offered on SR. I mean winning ARAM, 3v3s, and Dominion still requires skill. So I think points need to be offered or I might just quit this game for a while because I don't get all the benefits when playing other maps. And just playing SR because of champion points gets boring after a while. I don't see the point of spending/wasting time playing other maps when SR is the only map that offers champ points.

There are probably people that don't really care about it but I'm hoping champion points can be gained on all other maps besides Summoner's Rift in the near future. Cause I mean it just doesn't make sense that 1 map can get points while others don't, I mean you still need to put in effort to win...so yeah.

I agree! I have to admit I think that if they do it, it will be skewed somehow (for example, you only get half the champion points for a game on HA as you would on SR), to make it fair. Because while I agree that it takes skill with a champion on the other maps, it's not the same grading scale as it would be on SR. I think (or rather, I hope) they will include champion points on the other maps in the future, but they'll probably have to create entirely new grading systems for the maps, which will take time in and of itself.

Ah sorry for the long response. The point is, I agree!

Um, because its fun? Kinda the point of a video game, to have fun. Obviously Ranked is to win and whatnot, but you still have fun, and you shouldn't only play this game to get champ points and increase your rank. If you are then that's your fault but ARAM you get random characters, and its mostly dependent on your team comp on whether or not you win. Twisted Treeline does in fact require skill, along with Crystal Scar, but they're both very different from Summoner's Rift(TT doesn't have both drag, baron, it has less towers, the map is smaller, it only has 3 players per team as opposed to 5, there is no jungler, etc., and Crystal Scar anyone can tell is extremely different). But champion points are used to determine the skill(or at least, how much) you play a champion on Summoner's Rift specifically, not TT, CS, or ARAM.

Riot would have to come up with a scoring system for each other map, since every one plays very differently from each other and from Summoner's Rift. I don't play on SR enough (nor am I good enough tbh) to judge the effectiveness and accuracy of the current system, but with everything I've heard about how off the personal score in Dominion is, I'm not sure how confident I am in mastery systems for other modes. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to be able to get the mastery points when I play Dominion, since I rarely play anything else, but I'd be ok with skipping mastery for other features finally being added (not that it's even a choice or anything...)
