Should I play as a top laner or a jungler?

I recently bought . And she is pretty good. I mean really, really good. Easy to play and has hard hitting moves. But I wanted to become at her. So I wanted to know how? I need some help guys

I would start in the lane then move into the jungle. Learn your counter picks and who you can jump on for a match up advantage.

She's much better in the jungle, but doable top lane. The higher your elo, the better your opponents will take advantage of her weaknesses in the laning phase. Since you're new, you'll likely have no problems either way; your opponents will be equally new.

She can work top-lane, but I would recommend using her in the jungle.

Devourer is an extremely efficient item on her, especially if you are using Fervor of Battle.

If you are playing her in the jungle, I would recommend using the following runes:

MS or Attack Speed Quints
Attack Speed Marks
Flat Armor Seals
Scaling MR or CDR Glyphs

sie is absolutely playable in toplane against most hmatchups but unlike a real toplaner, she has some REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY FUCKING BAD matchups.

that aside, she currently is one of the strongest junglers in the game and even tho her power potential is pretty hard to use, she has a good base strength and is easy to pick up for beginners.

since you are said beginner, i recommend going 0/18/12 (perserverance) and ad/as/armor/cdr runes. that stuff is mostly cheap and very strong without having to have experience to use it.
