What do you do when you're just having a bad day?
I'm doing really badly today. Like, I got three D+ scores in a row. No matter how hard I'm trying I just feed

Take a break and do something else? To a degree I'd consider myself to be at the mercy of my own emotions. If I'm consistently failing, I'll bring myself to the point where it either feels like it won't change, or I'll find a way to make it worse. No sense in pulling your hair out. Breaks allow you to break free from the tunnel vision typically caused by turmoil. It'll allow you to offer yourself a new perspective on the situation you're dealing with.
Take a break. +
you need to realize not everyone has the same skill level, whenever you feed heavily it's likely because you were careless, you're bound to die when you're out of position and your opponent played better or had better team work.
do not take your deaths lightly, each and every death makes it harder for your team to win and allows your enemies to finish their core items sooner than usual but it's still winnable with proper coordination. the worst habit is to ff at 15 just because you died a couple times or more, i've won with a 25 death ornn that wanted to surrender but i got him to change his mind because i didn't flame him, i encouraged him that we still got this with proper team play we defeated the fed zed and yasuo team. (ikr it was a literal nightmare)
idk what you were thinking playing ashe support vs a jhin and lux.. it makes alot of sense why you died 11 times on this game.
when you went 0/5/1 with karma you may have had a bad vayne but your opponent was a gold 3 nidalee with 13 kills and silver 4 lux with 11 assists (they both had only 1 death each)
you placed the least amount of wards on your 2/13/11 game as kindred jungle and had to play it into a irelia / leblanc / rengar who can delete you. (not to mention irelia's ultimate disables your auto attacks..)
when you die from a mistake, try not to do it again and fix it. watching replays of your lost matches helps, learn when to go all in or all out if you're outnumbered don't fight and regroup and focus the adc or assassin / mage not the tank or support (unless it's soraka where you can finish her before she can react or when they're out of position) especially when they got the lead 2 to 3 kills make a huge difference especially when they back so fighting them carelessly unprepared would only lead you to death unless you're a better player than them which isn't always the case.
i find it so cringy when my team tries to focus the closest tank that does no damage while the 23 / 0 / 0 adc is slaughtering everyone..
