Surrender option broken

Once a team is over TWENTY DEATHS BEHIND, I think there should no longer be a requirement for 4 agreements. I've been in way, way, waaayyy too many battles recently where this has been the case. There is ZERO possibility for a win. But two idiots wont surrender.

They dont claim it's winnable. they just "never want to surrender".

If we afk or leave, we get punished. But if we stay, we also get "punished", in having to play a completely pointless, irritating match.

Please, PLEASE, Riot, change the surrender requirements in lopsided conditions.

I would suggest either of

a) 20 deaths behind b) 5 turrets behind

should enable the simple-majority surrender.
