My ideas for a crit item rework + partial revert

REWORKED - Infinity Edge: Recipe changed to: B.F Sword + Pickaxe + Brawler's Glove + 1225g Total cost increased to 3700g from 3400g Critical strike chance increased to 10% from 0% REMOVED: No longer converts 10% of critical strike damage to true damage. NEW: UNIQUE PASSIVE: Increases your critical strike damage by +0.5% per critical strike chance, up to a maximum of +50% Note: Combination of the old and new Infinity Edge, except now it scales. Still doubles your critical strike chance, granting 20% critical strike chance and +10% critical strike damage on its own.

REWORKED - Stormrazor: Recipe: B.F Sword + Pickaxe + 625g Cost: 2800g (1300 + 875 + 625) +80 attack damage UNIQUE: If you haven't basic attacked for 4 − 1 (based on your ultimate's level) seconds, gain STORM'S EDGE. UNIQUE – STORM'S EDGE: Your next basic attack critically strikes for 101% (+1% every time you apply STORM'S EDGE, up to a maximum of 250% in total) damage. Damage cannot be over 250%, even if combined with an Infinity Edge. Note: Is now a very unique late-game scaling item, similar to the Tear items. Great on champions like Gangplank, Jhin and Graves, and is now also less appealing to most ADCs since it's mostly situational.

ADJUSTED - Rapid Firecannon: Critical strike chance reduced to 20% from 30% FIRECANNON's bonus on-hit damage has been changed from magical damage to physical damage NEW: UNIQUE Passive: Every time you critically stike you gain 20% bonus movement speed for 0.75 seconds. Note: Single-target, kiting option. Transfered Stormrazor's movement speed from critting passive to Rapid Firecannon to make it more of a kiting item.

ADJUSTED - Stattik Shiv: Critical strike chance reduced to 20% from 30% SHIV LIGHTNING's bonus on-hit damage has been changed from magical damage to physical damage SHIV LIGHTNING now bounces up to 6 units instead of 5. Note: Multi-target, wave clearing option.

Note: PD, Stattik and Firecannon all have had their critical strike chance reduced by 10%, Stattik and Firecannon have also had their on-hit damage changed from magical to physical so that they become easier to deal with. But they've gotten some compensation buffs in exchange.

Friendly feedback and constructive criticism is appreciated. Let me know what you guys think, and what your ideas are!

the problem with stormrazors entire design is, that it gives upfront burst to champions who shouldnt have it. marksmen are supposed to be a class that is balanced around sustained damage, and burst is supposed to be rare and only accessable to the amount they have it in their kits.

i dont even understand why the item ever made it to live. the entire point of the 8.11 marksmen update and the crit item changes was to remove upfront burst from marksmen by opening fights with 250% i.e. + shiv crits. stormrazor does something entirely similar.

it also stacks burst on top of burst that certain marksmen already have, and turns them into assassins in the early game.

the entire concept of the item is a problem. it should do something completely different.

why doesnt it just get a stacking ad effect by auto attacking, like fervor of battle used to grant? make it start out with 60 ad and stack up to 90 ad over the course of 10 basic attacks.

item 3031 could grant an ad scaling magic damage bleed on a critical strike similar to item 3122

marksmen items should support sustained damage patterns in different enough ways to make them interesting to each other, instead of just adding rng based or frontloaded burst or just flat out invalidating resistances.
