By that logic, Sion must be broken since I've dumpstered more people with him than I can count. Can't have anything to do with the fact that I've put practice into him for months on end. Why is Fiora unbalanced because the people who are really good at her are really good at her?

Really? Because according to statistics, Fiora's mains hover at just a little bit above a 50% winrate with her. That's balanced. Pointing at a champion and saying "That's not balanced" doesn't make it unbalanced.
