Smite

Does any one feel this might be getting out of hand? I Have seen an enemy team run 4 smites. Its becoming better than ignite and exhaust. Specially on a semi AA dependent or tank champ.

I realized smite was getting out of hand, when I started seeing supports use it, and do so much better than when using exhaust.
