AP Carry implies a lot of power loaded in spells. With a support draining the primary bot laner's exp however, levels (and thus spells) are a bad source of power for the bot lane carry. Either we're going to get what can essentially be described as an AP Lucian, or we're going to need to Mordekaiser a champion design if you want to get over the hurdle that having a support causes.
TehNACHO1 votesThe way the OP uses the term meta, ADCs are not part of the meta.
ADCs are more of a side effect of the mechanics of the game (namely the fact we technically have two too many players for the map and sharing a lane screws exp gain) then, say, popular opinion of what is strong in the game. ADCs could be the weakest class in the game, and they tend to be so in Burst Based metas like Assassin metas, but them being there is not about being strong, it's about being efficient with game mechanics.
