Its just me or are Bronze people just stupidly OP when they talk?

It's like the Spongebob Driving Test Syndrome.

You can ace the written exam but you freeze up and your mind goes blank during actual application of the knowledge.

I like to think that there are three types of players in this game: those that know what it takes to "win" and can translate it into their games, those that know what it takes to win but can't translate it into their games (usually because their mechanical skill is crap), and the people I'm stuck with on teams in solo queue. Just because someone's rank is crappy doesn't always mean that they're clueless about the overall game. Hell, like 80% of rito's casters/development team are like silver/gold yet they're constantly trying to sound smart.
