The black clever only shred up to 30% armor, there is also many items over 80 armor

Item Cost: 2500 Recipe Cost: 815 +30 Ability Power +250 Health +60 Magic Resist UNIQUE Passive: Every 4 seconds emanates a pulse dealing 80 (+5 per champion level) magic damage to nearby enemy champions and reduces their Magic Resist by 15% for 10 seconds (stacks up to 3 times, up to 45%).

the new abyssal scepter is gonna put mao, cho, sej and every other ap tank over the top and make all ad bruiser unable to itemize against magic damage and it's already hard as is.

with that please consider buffing the mr to older items like visage or banshee to 70 mr and or bring back FoN

I think the duration of the debuff needs to be reduced, but other than that it should be fine. 10 seconds is just too long, make it 5 or 6 so if you avoid one pulse your MR is reset.

It's gonna take >8 seconds to get to that much MR shred. I'm not saying that it's okay to have 45% MR shred, but it's going to take a ridiculously long time to build up. Longer than a lot of champions' lifespans.

Stacking MR is already useless if they have any team that's remotely good.
