My point is that Riot removes spell vamp from Olaf's kit two years ago because of its interaction with Smite, but Lee gets to keep it in the new age where Smite deals true damage to champions.

It's inconsistent design philosophy, like when they nerfed the duration of Terrify and Puncturing Taunt saying three second CC is too much but left Dark Binding alone.

Rekt imo.
