Set it to 5 stacks instead of 8, 5 for all champs ranged and melee, reduce the damage...

Tohob1 votesthat sounds like a rageblade buff. due to the way rageblade works at max stacks, less stacks makes it stronger.
Cherysse1 votesnope it actually means less stats, at least 24% less AS, 9 less AD and 12 less AP. Also im requesting for a nerf in the damage for the max stacks.. so yes, it is a NERF. a good one, the only buff would be for ranged champs, in the other hand nerf 
healing.
