Damn.. I hate rivens in general but I guess they need the buff.. but seriously?
Wind Slash (R) Minimum damage increased to 100/150/200 from 80/120/160 Maximum damage increased to 300/450/600 from 240/260/480
Any god rivens will be hella scary

Rain NT1 voteswell really good bard I can handle cause I can avoid them or dodge skill shot, lee can be avoided with wards and playing safe in lane. but trading with riven in lane is rough if shes really good at the champion, its like do you want to cs or no?.. I'm not saying she doesnt need the buff, im just saying I'm gonna struggle xD, one every 3 rivens are pretty godly at animation cancelling.

hey just as general advice I would really suggest ranged top laners like Quinn, graves, and kennen. but if your not into ranged top laners people like renekton, malphite, rammus, and darius can hold their own.
