Can we have this feature in game?

the idea is simple, if someone calls you bad, and you have less then champion mastery 2-3 with a champion, they get auto reported for verbal abuse. That way people cant get on your back about about learning a new champ.

Heres how it woudl play out, person makes a mistake, anothe rperson makes a comment, the system has a bucnh of varients of "your bad, you suck, ur bad, u suck, etc" programmed into the game, and if one is detected a notification appears both in the game chat, AND post game with somethign along the lines of:

"Please keep in mind that not all players are familiar with all champions, and some champions take longer to learn then others, verbally harassing someone for not being good with a new champion is not going to help them get better. You have been reported for: Verbal abuse"

and then they get an automated report jsut like as if someone reported them already. This would cut down on the number of tryhards abusing teammates who want to practice against actual people, instead of bots, becuase btos suck, you can build straight AD on anyone and beat them, its actually possible to win in abotu 7 minutes if your team goes full AD mid and rishes towers and bots still go in 1v5 becuase they dont play liek an actual player would.
