Yeah, that goes for most ADCs actually, it doesn't make him balanced.

He's a lategame hypercarry who actually gets insane mobility from crit and self peeling with his W. I can think of no reason to pick KogMaw or Twitch over him.

I had fun dodging his ults. By standing still under enemy tower... They never expect you to not dodge.

Although his W(E?) long range thing-y has terrible visibility.

I feel like a lot of ADCs need told that.

It tilts me so much when I support someone who's damage to champs is lower than the typical hp bar.

Or he wasn't laning against him, and if you are in the backline of your team and Jihn is in the backline of his, well, it's hard to get to see him.

I played pritty much only Jayce yesterday. Jhin just was alwase a screen or two away waiting for kill opertuities with his ult or root.

I've won most games vs him, usually when I go panth bot lane. Though the first time I lost against one (we had one too), he was mid... Top lane he seems to do poorly (due to the ammo mechanic and having no way to gtfo) because he gets all inned. Bot lane he seems to do well (support dependent, Leona seems good, Braum seems good against him, Lulu seems like she could be okay) unless its against an aggressive support or kill lane (Blitz, Panth, Thresh).

The game I lost he came out of nowhere and 2 shot me (I think I was Nasus), he had his last 2 bullets, 3rd one crit, 4th one always crits, 1200 dmg right there). He seems like he could be interesting to play, though I haven't had the chance, but he is an assassins wet dream.

Kalista craps on him, especially Mid-through-late game. Early game is a little tough till you get mobility. But all together, he couldn't kill me once.
