It's called Sightstone

Sightstone needs to be removed from the game, or better yet, make those ADCs who buy Relic Shield fully upgrade it into Eye of the Equinox so they stop dying instantaneously.

No single player on a 5-man team should be your personal ward slave, and everyone should be warding equally, INCLUDING the marksman. It's not a bannable offense to not get a shitty item that inherently makes the player worth half as much as everyone else around him in combat stats for half the game.

Sightstone doesn't offer AP.

if your a support playing around active items ruby sightstone is actually decent, but you want your active items first, i dont really think other options are to viable and tanks want the relic upgrade... you should be asking why is the jungler never going for vision, some junglers are better at getting control of where they gank and will often check if there are wards down with oracles, they might aswell have the option to place a ward...

i get it can be frustrating at times not having vision but dont you think your playstyle or minion wave control might be the flaw instead, do u relentlessly push your lane out all the time.. im assumeing the frustration comes from laneing phase and getting ganked while haveing no vision, the problem should clearly be your doing a risky play by pushing your lane.

dont be the guy who blames others, cause you can yourself make an impact, if there is no vision down, play passively, if there is and or if you know where the jungler/mid/top is on the opposing team, then you can go more aggressive and make plays.
