Anyone else get randomly lagged out in Draft Champ select?

So I queue up for a game, and look at the store to kill time and think about another champion I may buy. AFK check pops up, I press check, get into champ select, pick my intended champ and ban when it's my turn. Guess what happens next. The first pick reaches 0 and nothing happens. So I sit there for a few seconds wondering what's going on and then I see a bunch of players have picked their champ but I'm at 0 already and get kicked out. So I just got penalized for lag that came out of nowhere. I'm glad I'm not a ranked game player or this type of thing would have me losing my shit, especially if It was a crucial game to rank up. Does anyone else get this issue every now and again?
