You don't need Fervor on Riven you have a passive that does the same thing.

What's wrong with stacking it more though?

If you dash stun hop and use autos through out you already have a max stacked fervor in less than 2 seconds.

That's 120 damage added to every single skill.

I'm almost positive it would EASILY out damage thunderlords in even quick fights.

Fervor only increases auto attack damage tho, so what do you mean 120 damage is added every skill? If you mean that you get a total of 120 damage whenever you proc her passive along with fervor than that makes somewhat more sense

I will point out you can only stack fervor with abilities once every 2 seconds. Fervor only applies to AAs. Two facts that easily DESTROYS your argument.

1 stack for ranged basic attacks (on-hit). 2 stacks for melee basic attacks (on-hit). 2 stacks for ability damage (2 second cooldown).

Fevor only increases auto damage, and Riven is mostly spell based.
Thunderlord's adds about 180 free damage to that combo. It's also magic damage, so if your enemy laner builds armor you can still do chunk them a bit.
Fevor is best at extended trades, while Riven specializes in small skirmishes.

Don't most people go item 1403 + item 3153 ? Shyvana is already pretty tanky by default, and only needs a few damage items to become really strong.

As of late, I've noticed that item 3124 can be alright due to the free stats.

Lux's biggest advantage is her range. All of her skills has over 1000 range, that means you can provide cc, shield and damage from a position where enemies are hard to hit you, you can constantly stay 1000 miles away from them and do whatever you like. This is what gave her 54% ratio,** range**. By taking ignire you automatically gave her biggest advantage up, it has 600 range, which means, if you ever want to use it, you are shortening your range by 40%. ignite, litch bane, and passive are noobtraps. It's okay early game, but don't ever try to trigger your passive late game or in teamfights.
