what the hell does it mean Unlock with 2 tokens and 1 Master Yi permanent

Mysticman891 votesChampion permanents are a thing in hextech crafting, i.e. the things that you use to unlock a champion permanently. You get champion permanents when you reroll 3 regular champion shards.
I expect the majority will use either the regular champ shard or blue essence rather than permanents though, so you can basically ignore that option.

The Deckowner1 votesit means if you got master yi when you reroll champion shards, since u already own master yi, you won't get master yi but you will have master yi champion permanent.
