I think it's time to nerf Vayne W to what it was before.

From 4 / 6.5 / 9 / 11.5 / 14% to 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8% of true damage. Vayne is a freaking annoyance to deal with in general and the % max health true damage buff was unneccessary and sincerely stupid to start with. Vayne players already abuse of the dumb item called Guinsoo, making her 3 hit passive almost non existent late game, can we please at least tone down the damage to it's original value ? Honestly, I have enought to see Vayne everywhere just to shred you to piece with nothing I can do about it..

lucian is way better than vayne, even in her current state, and a good lucian never gets outscaled with the fact he can just bully vayne for the entirety of the game, there are way more problematic adc's than vayne.

I main vayne, and I always have thought it would be appropriate to completely change her W from doing true damage, but instead magic damage that scales on AP.

You forgot that there used to be a flat damage component.

Also, I'd rather lose 14% of my health every third hit than 100% of my health instantly, which happens a little too often these days for my taste.
