LeBlanc's W should have a delay between active/ reactive

I heard or saw somewhere that riot was going to add some sort of delay between using the W and reusing to teleport back, seems very reasonable.

Recently went against one and rlly didn't see any sort of delay, he's the issue..

LeBlanc has no risk, punishment, or danger when using her W

She could literally W over a wall blindly into the entire 5 man team and W back out, there's no punishment on her if she screws up or uses it carelessly.

I don't think it would be to much to ask for a delay/ pause in the active and reactive of her W,

This will make her use it more carefully and if she jumps on an opponent she can't just jump back out. The opponent will actually have time to counter of punish her for jumping on them at the wrong time.
