well you didn't have to add the last part. lets be real here, diamond-bronze is basically the same thing when it comes to gameplay in those regards.
Well that much is true, those first three things affect every level of play. As do scripters and boosters.
But the fact remains that bronze level players are so bad at the game that a wilting cacti with a dinosaur brain can steamroll them 1v5.
If a player can't climb out of bronze its not the first three factors holding them back, so its best to look at what improvements can be made in their own personal play. I find it best not to sugar coat things, if you lack skill as a player I'm going to tell you that you lack skill as a player. Not to be rude... but just to be real and make you realize that you probably have elements of your game that need improvement. All those "luck" factors can only affect a player so much before the law of large numbers and a large sample size of games dictates they reach an accurate ranking.
Now if you want to complain about how much of a grind fest ranked is then by all means I will hop on board. There is no reason it should take me 150-200 matches to hit diamond every season. It only takes that long because of how many games are trolled and the fact that the ranking system takes into account no individual skill metrics. Which is pretty silly when you are ranking players individually on the ladder.
