Poppy tankiness too tanky?
Passive - Stubborn to a Fault: Poppy's total armor and total magic resistance are both increased by 15%, doubled to 30% when she falls below 40% maximum health.
Is that passive on her W really necessary? I mean it feels a little too strong. Maybe increase her tenacity or something? The extra armor and magic resist makes her very hard to kill. Ya know, usually if you build armor the AP mage can still kill you....but not Poppy. One spirit Visage, one piece of armor and that passive makes her tanky against every champion....while doing mixed damage and percent of health damage
Active: Poppy smashes the ground in front of her, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit.

SEVEN fucking percent from the start? It doesn't even work its way up to 7? Fuck that.
Poppy is a super obnoxious champion design. Tons of CC. Tons of Tank, and still very good damage.
and CoC? Thats four fucking shields. Not to mention any others like Lulu, orianna, FOTM... etc. Yeah, riot those shield are fucking broken.
