So I'm sure this happened in one of my recent games unless my eyes are deceiving me, when did this happen, this patch?

Only took a couple of months riot.

I'm pretty sure it's been that way. That's how you used to catch Evelynn too.

This was changed way back in the assassin update when they revamped stealth/camouflage.
