So how does the new Jinx minigun passive attack speed apply?
Is it a permenent passive? Or is it applied on one of the stacks? Or is it split and added to each stack?

Fun fact: Jinx doesnt get 1/3rd of the total per stack. The first hit gives half the total amount and the final two give 1/4 each.
Always hated that.
