lane advantage is jinx she is better at aoe clear, pushing,
late game twitch is better ambush assassin adc piercing the entire team with his ULT
standard builds for both... wouldnt change anything
there are too many variables with who has what support
early pink ward in the lane bush would help when twitch tries to use Q in lane to ambush during a gank... further edge of bush on yourside or lane
ideally jinx would be better with a sustain support and twitch would be better with a lock down cc support (imo) jinx could use the sustain if twitch happens to get a few stacks on her and does damage... twitch is safer and can take full advantage of Q ambush engages with a support that can lock down a target
