Tips on playing Assassins

Hai, I've been playing LoL for about 3 and a half months now. Currently in Silver 2. I've just bought Fizz and been doing pretty well with him so far. Haven't lost lane yet. But when it comes time for team fights I'm really stomped on what to do. Can someone give me some tips on Fizz/Assassins and how they can make plays in team fights? All i do in team fights are hang behind my team doing nothing because I feel like I can't get a kill or do much damage without dying. I had the same problem with Kha'Zix. I'm also an ADC main so i'm used to just staying safe while doing damage. Any tips are much appreciated

Get in and get out. Flash helps a lot.

Look for enemy adc, KILL ENEMY ADC, Look for enemy mid, KILL ENEMY MID, then get out. How to do this as Fizz is simply press R, Q SPELLBLADE (adc dead) E and then W attacks + summoner 14 (mid dead) and then item 3157 for your cooldowns, or item 3165 so you don't have to wait for cooldowns and get out by E summoner 4 or Q to some unit in a convenient spot and . (of course if you don't have to worry about cooldowns you might as well kill the enemy jungler, because why not.)

Generally, with Assassins, your job is to kill the carries and/or support, making sure to escape the enemy team in between cooldowns.
