Does that actually make it a viable thing on Mordekaiser?

Edit: For those unaware; Morde actually benefits heavily from the item's purpose as he can make great use of its damage reduction and his shield can basically absorb the DoT damage. His high AD ratios also make it a decent damage option.

I'm so glad we're giving item buffs to champions who don't need it...

Like Fiora needed to heal off of her true damage too. Cripes.

It does though I can't see someone passing up Liandri's/Rylai's/Gunblade combo on morde for that. I guess you could replace Gunblade but you'd lose out on damage and on the slow.
