Lissandra's new passive is the worst thing ever.

It is such a useless passive. Whether on my team or the enemy's, I have never seen one useful thing come out of her passive. It's too slow, lasts for a short time, and is way too conditional.

I've seen a full build lissandra's passive do less than 1/5 of somebody's hp.

It has CC and it's an AoE, and didn't she lose a bit of damage to get the passive in the first place? So she basically got a power shift and has an extra effect now.

They'd probably need to nerf the damage if they made it more reliable.

Because you can't just give a champion that never had a real passive just one that's completely busted without shifting too much power out of the other abilities, which would basically rob the champion off it's identity.

But this is typical boards again..

Lol , I saw her passive taking 50% hp in a team fight for most of enemies since it's Aoe
