Cannot view Rune Pages during Champ Select
If you are editing your rune pages and the game switches to ban phase, you no longer can view the rune pages. It'll just show the top border and nothing else.

As you can see, you can only see the top border of the rune page and can't edit anything at all. Worse, you could be panicking and thinking you aren't able to select champions unless you finally notice the "x" in the corner. The only way to fix it is to quit and restart, but can't do that in ranked (risking losing LP) or normal (longer queue and ban hammer)

As of right now, it works alright for me.
This also happened to me I can't view my runes when I am in champ select, if you open runes while it changes phases. (I am playing normal draft if that is important).
If you click on new rune page you cannot see the runes. All you can do is hit the x in the top right and try to pick the best rune set you have already made. Completely broken.
Every time I delete a rune page during champ select it does this without fail.
This same thing happened to me. It happened on the PBE, but then fixed itself, so I assumed that Riot had managed to fix this. However, I played a game the other day and it appears to have made it onto live. This forced me to use suboptimal runes. @Riot pls fix.

I would like to confirm I have seen this error as well in a slightly different format. When in 3 v 3, after locking in your champion, if you hit the edit button it will bring up the top border without a way to close the transparent menu. You will be forced into the game with your previous rune configuration and summoner spells.
I tried to escape with common escape key/key combinations. (esc, ctrl + c, backspace, delete) without success and was forced to play as Ornn with Sorcery tree or dodge. Thank you for taking a look at this issue.
It's actually can't view runes at all. Even not in champ select.
