Question about the tabi change on PBE
It say now reduce damage from ON-hit damage!
What that mean? it reduce damage from btrk and bloodrazor right?
But it mean that it reduce damage from Sheen/trinity force? too?
and from that item too?

Yes, it does indeed reduce the damage from Blade of the Ruin King, Blood Razer, Manamune, and trinity force. More on hit effects on wiki if you wanna see.
