honestly I mostly play poppy I don't go against her often.

but man is she unlaneable against uneless you pick her counters. level 3 stun Q 60% of your hp pool is gone. god damn. I gotta feel for the people I spam Q on. nerfs might be warranted. pretty much a lost lane if you have a dash. however her counters counter her too hard as well.

I think the nerf you want here is to make her Q damage scale per level or per rank. on the max health portion. I think that would be the right nerf. she does a lot of damage in the early levels. hurts so badly and you get punished for trading with her top lane because gives her more opprtunity to wall stun you. I mean a lot of non damage building tanks ramp up damage on you with their ults. poppy wall stun Q auto. 350 damage at level 3. lol
