Why is every Lissandra player garbage?
No exaggeration. I have not seen a good one in maybe years. It is to the point that I am just going to dodge if they is one on my team.

Because the champion itself is garbage tbh. She needs work.
She was meant to be a top lane mage because of her utility and sustain with her passive and ult.

Lissandra is awful, and her kit needs major changes to be competitive.
I'd really like to see her kit expanded upon to turn her into a support.
It's less the player and more the champion. She's been neglected because the moment riot even considers giving her a damage buff she's Overpowered in competitive.
she needs a rework and i seriously wouldnt mind it being an all skill rework she is just so outclassed rn and better as a tanky mage top lane than mid ( laughable since she is supposed to be burst mage )
