Lol as a jungle main I can say my last hitting is definitely a weak spot, but I've gotten better I swear.

I've not really had any issues last-hitting when laning.

It must be all that practice taxing lanes.

omg you see that their jungler is top, go do dragon you baboon. Wtf, who taught you farming? Why are you running all the way from bot to top for 1 camp? (happens all the time when friend plays jungle)

I experience the same thing watching top laners when I don't go top...

Yes you're being camped. No you don't need jungle assistance. No he doesn't counter you, just don't walk right up to your opponent and let him hit you. And for goodness sake pay attention to the wards you rarely place.
