How do i stop panic misclicks and stutters?

Ive played for thousands of games and ive mained Zed since season 3. I noticed how easily i get nervous and panic. I noticed that many people i go against or see play they react really quickly to doing things and execute it with minor mistakes such as a misclick or stutter. But the moment i get into a close fight and im starting to sweat it or i have to react and execute something really quickly i panic, my hand sweats, and my hand or arm twitches and i end up misclicking or canceling autos. Ive played so many games and mainly focused on mechanics for along time (I main Zed after all) but i feel like this is really hendering me and it seems like something that my practice isnt making go away if anything the more i know the more nervous i am about the costs of messing something up and in result i do mess up. Im gold 2 by the way.

Since you're playing Zed, I'll put this in terms a ninja can understand.

Control your breathing. As you glide across silent shadows, inhale slowly and deliberately, then release your breath methodically and at an even measure. As you dash across the field of battle, avoiding the watchful eye of the enemy, breathe. Inhale, hold, exhale.

Focus on your breathing, and mastery will follow.

  1. Realize that you are terrible. Absolutely terrible and bad. This way it takes off the pressure since you know you are bad. I know I'm bad too.

  2. Also realize that you cannot improve without making mistakes that are appropriate for your level. Obviously don't make bronze mistakes but if you make gold mistakes, who cares? Once you get to plat and make plat mistakes, who cares? Fix them and move on.

You calm the hell down is what you do.

I was about to say it comes with experience, but since you are neither new to the game nor new to the champion, you just need to calm down. Are you typically a nervous person?
