This is it. We've reached the pinnacle of jungling.

On the bright side, it can't possibly get any worse than this.

We lost this game, by the way. Our jungler had nothing to farm, their three junglers could farm lanes and jungle camps to get a massive item lead.

Man, that would require a ton of coordination.

Also imagine it set them quite a bit back, too. Looks like it should have been reasonably easy to punish if they didn't get super fed.

This is what happens when Riot nerfs everything else, so Smite is going to be the best option.

yeah but for them to do that theyre giving up a combat summoner and a gold efficient item in lane for early game on 2 extra people

Yes, they give up lane strength for the initial 5 minutes of the game in return for a 30% cs increase for the next 20 minutes. Tradeoffs.

Hopefully the planned changes to the jungle items will stop this.

Doesn't matter in most cases. I've played against this shit in around d3 and despite me killing the riven on toplane two times and shoving a lot of waves under turret she managed to always be 1-2 levels ahead while starving off our own jungler. There wasn't much i could do on toplane since their jungle wandered around with riven together and i can't 1v2 them. And even when i follow her into the jungle nd 1v1 her she has redsmite that makes her impossible to fight OR a possible heal on the jungle monster. It's a really shitty situation and i don't know how to deal with it without coordination with your team. Our midlane got trashed so there was no vision or pressure and our own jungler never really bothered going top anymore to 2v2 them. Getting the gold and XP additionally from jungle is well worth it to drop your early laning phase if you can't snowball really hard on them.
