Has everyone used all their refund tokens yet? It's been over 3 years and still no extra refund.

How much more do you need until you give more refund token? I have not bought a skin in probably over 1 year and more, last time i even spent money on this game was for Arcade Riven and the project Zed/Luc skin. I'm the type of guy that vote with my wallet and lately the game has been lacking, I would start spending again a little more if we actually get to refund at least maybe 1 per year but content wise the game play is not enjoyable to actually invest anymore for skins.

It has been over 3 years and I've used my refund 3 years ago so I don't get what you mean by more players hitting the three refund cap when I believe A LOT of players used them already, are you counting the smurf and the people who quit league accounts? Since I highly doubt for the people who played when this refund system came out still even have refund tokens left.

I understand you're a company that needs to make money but 1 refund a year would work at LEAST and usually when they refund they would instantly buy another skin.(We can't get money refunded so really no profit lost).

Why though? Looking at it from Riots perspective it is better for them if you do not get more refunds because if you fuck u and spend RP on something and don't want it anymore and cant refund it you have to spend more which is good for them and if you are refunding IP purchases then you don;t deserve more because that is a waste. Not trying to be rude, just being realistic.

P.S. I have played for 6 years and have only used 2.

They seriously can't give back to the player just a little bit? The players are the reason why this game is popular and the developer are the reason why we have the game. We spend money on the game they could at least just give us a small 1 refund a year when the players invest and contribute over 800 million dollar in profit (Sources say Riot say over 1.5 billion but I'm not going to use that number).

The most the game has been updated in over years is a new map re skin and finally and still waiting for the client to be out of beta. Riot have only 1 game and if they only make 1 game and stop that makes over 800 million then at least they could do is give back to the player which they did 3 years ago with the refund but 3 refund 3 years ago probably has been used up.

We are the jam and Riot is the bread, both would be crap alone without the other.

Yes it would be nice, but overall the gain for them would not change very much. On top of that they have a lot of things they are doing and planning that are more important to the game itself then giving extra refunds. I am not saying more rewards for long standing, non-toxic layers wouldn't be welcomed, I can just why they are not doing it.

P.S. Bead by itself is still pretty good and does not need jam to make it good if you also have things like butter, peanut butter, nutella, etc.

My bad we are the bread, the bread can go to any other game and make it successful. Jam is Rito who are nothing without the bread which is the player base. We are the money that gives jam a reason to be profitable.

Edit* I did put bread at first for the player but I thought jam was better since you know... JAM~. But for the TLDR.

We are the bread, we are the reason why people even go out to get Jam which is league. We are the reason why Jam has the reason to live because it is profitable because of Bread!

I also stopped spending money on RP, but here's the baseline: You can either leave the game and deprive Riot of a player or you can keep playing and contributing to Riot's metrics (inadvertently giving them money).

They should, but they don't It would raise playerbase happiness and moral say 10% at the cost of maybe 3% money

I'm so sad, when I first started playing a long time ago I was bad and I wasted my refunds on stupid crap. Like champs I ended up buying again and skins I ended up buying again. Literally one extra refund a season or something would be so nice... :'(
