Cuz they're assassins, and Riot loves to baby their assassins. Makes for flashy esports plays.

Idk about anyone else but I actually enjoy playing against Kat. It's fun to play around her daggers and try to predict when she's going to blink on them. She's much less annoying to play against than other assassins imo.
