Why is a Qiyanna a champion

Why after 2 years of Akali torturing this game does Riot come to the conclusion "we need another stealth chick that kills you instantly, but this time while you're stunned". I actually hate this company. I don't know these people at all, I don't know what they look or sound like, but I actually hate them as human beings because they wake up in the morning and do nothing but let loose their diarhea in a once great game. Worthless humans who do nothing but take and destroy anytime they try to give.
