There is zero reason for Lux to have a 2 second bind with fast speed, large width, and 6 second cd

If her shield is gonna stay, that needs to be 1.5 seconds tops. Lux Q basically means as a melee champ you can either die or just not ever go near her ever for the duration of the entire game. Any champ who is as easy to play as lux should be capped at 45% winrate and nerf hammered as soon as they go higher. Instead Riot buffs her whenever she falls below a 50.00% winrate. Star guardian sells well I guess.

That or Melee champs need to start coming in with built in tenacity. Riot thinks it's ok to release every new ranged champ with a 2-3 second stun-snare-root-sleep as long as it's a "skill shot". Skill shots take absolutely no skill to land against melee champs that aren't Zed/Yi/Fizz. That's why people play abuse neeko and kennen top.
