Will I Get Banned for Doing This?

atm (at the moment) is one of my favorite champions.

However, he has a hidden strength a decent amount of players do not know about.

(and no this has not been patched or fixed, I have tested it in Customs myself during this patch and it works)

As some may know, he can solo baron as soon as it spawns without taking any damage whatsoever.

This is done simply by using Arise! and Conquering sands to send his soldiers into the baron pit but the Baron will still be counted as "in combat" but since himself is NOT in the Baron's range he can easily solo it. At initial spawn it is very slow, but late game Azir can take it quite quickly too, right under the enemy's noses and giving his team the upper hand.

This feels more like a dirty cheat or an exploit, and I'd rather not use it if Riot officially considers it a player ruining experience or unfair.

If anyone can shed some light on the tactic it would be much appreciated.
