Its pretty underwhelming pre 6 but level 6 is New Burst City. What do? I don't see it often but when i do my general goal is to win pre 6 and survive post...?

Sounds kind of like a Viktor + Veigar lane my friend and I were running the other day in bot.

Cage of Death + Gravity Field in the middle... BOOM... Chaos Storm + Veigar Ult and Death Rays...

Viktor is the "ADC" (builds full AP with Lich Bane) while Veigar was the Sightstone full AP Support.

I think it only worked because it was low elo (somewhere between mid Silver and high Bronze). The other laners didn't know how to play against it. I mean it was pretty brutal. If they get inside the cage they have to flash out otherwise I just tag a Gravity Field right inside it and land guaranteed CC. Once we both have Ults its even more powerful.

Viktor got fed as hell and damage carried...

hard cc on both stops ults or maybe a savior support like thresh or tahm

someone who can getcha out

Braum Nami TahmKench Rakan Thresh for supports Tristana Sivir Ezreal all have some way to escape or maybe Ashe for the stun

cait and morg can zone them out pretty well and out sustain them, morg can proc spellthiefs easier than vel. and if she lands a q on either of them throw a trap underneath and take the headshot, that with morgs pool is alot of damage. it should be pretty easy to land since vel is pretty slow. you just have to didge the qs and avoid the rain of bullets. its all about positioning
