ya i dont think riot has noticed that the matchmaking in ranked and normal is bugged and putting people together just to lower times i dont mind waiting a few mins for a fair game then flat out getting stomped.

You're doing qualifications for the new season... they sort you against harder enemies and if you beat them, you'll be sorted higher. If you fail against them, you'll be sorted lower. That's why they are "qualifiers"

no the normal draft is bugged like it to if it was just ranked id accept it as that too but its not
