Miss Fortune ultimate: Bulletime

So how does her ultimate work? The wiki says - Physical Damage Per Wave: 50 / 75 / 125 (+ 20% AP) 」「 Total Physical Damage: 400 / 600 / 1000 (+ 160% AP) 」

「 Minimum Magic Damage (No Stacks): 198 / 210 / 216% AD 」「 Max Magic Damage (Max Stacks): 288 / 336 / 384% AD 」

So how come it deals like NO damage? Does the target have to have stacks of impure shots on them first to take damage from bullet time?

well each hit of bullet time stacks and also proccs one stack of impure shots, this means the more stacks you have, the higher the proccs. but in reality, bullet time isnt a full-team nuke and isnt supposed to deal uber-massive damage. it deals decent damage in a very good aoe and it stacks up bullet time on all enemies hit for the chance of being able to auto attack after using your ult.

miss fortune has, even tho her overall power is a bit low right now, alot of power in the utility of her make it rain

no damage? with just a B.F, the ult deals over 600 damage on rank 1 even vs no stacks(over 800 vs full stacked), as mixed damage. but mostly, you do apply those stacks, so your AAs adn Qs hurt like hell after the ult(up to 48% of your ad as bonus damage....)

I play a LOT of MF

Her ult is ok , great early/mid game but it falls off immensely. I'll make a short list of what I find to be her basic problems.

Her passive: While handy in early game lane phase, and great for positioning. It simply is broken far too easily. It should either be lowered and simply offer a flat move speed boost always, or possibly do something similar to Garen's passive where it isn't as broken as easily come later stages of the game.

Her q:Only a small issue and I don't expect it to be fixed. Most poke adcs have a long range poke ability that does not draw minion aggro. Now this wouldn't be that big of an issue, except her passive gets broken by poking the enemy. This is more an issue with the passive however.

Impure Shots: I miss season 2:( That being said, I realize why it's not as strong as it was back then. However I do feel it should be changed. I'm ok with the 5 stack system, but how the ult increases the stacks to 6/7/8 is problematic. The only way to get to that level of stacks is by ulting before the fight, and even then after the ult the stacks will fall off of most targets as you can only focus one target at a time after that, barring a Q bounce. It's simply unrealistic to get beyong 4-5 stacks at best, except against the tankiest of targets. I believe the W ratio could be mildly increased with each ult stack instead.

Her Ult: It's mixed damage, but heavily tilted in the physical damage range. Even if the enemy stacks armor, the magic damage portion is not felt heavily by the enemies. I realise it's not meant to destroy a whole team, but if the Impure Shot stacks were simply physical damage that could not crit, or if they counted as physical damage during the ultimate, it would allow armor pen to help her out far more, and give her Black Cleaver synergy once again.

The changes they did for her last year were excellent overall in my opinion, but the item rework shortly after her changes were not positive for the changes itself.

Because she's killed or CC'd right away, or people dash/flash out of it. If she actually gets to cast the full duration and someone is actually caught in it for the full duration, they're dead unless they're massively tanky.

I play a lot of MF I find that her ult does great damage

you can't expect it to 100-0 or someone or anywhere close, but the AoE on it is huge, as is the range. use it to

  • AoE a team, preferably while they're CC'd or otherwise committed to fight allies, or slowed by make it rain
  • finish off runners who are just out of attack range
  • (very rarely) hit someone who's coming at you to damage them and build stacks before they get in range so that you can outduel them

It makes a fine way to execute players once you hit 6, since it has a range wide enough for enemies to stay in there for more than a few seconds.

Well, she gotta poke down her enemies before she can use ult and finish them off. You don't use your ult unless you know you can easily wipe them off, unless someone in your team lands an awesome AoE CC.
