I'm just practically giving myself to Annie's for a free kill.
I honestly think Annie is a disaster to riot, a huge mistake, extremely unbalanced. Also, her abilities don't Excactly make sense.
First problem- Balance.
Yeahyeahyeah, use hard cc, shut her down, it's not that hard ... I've heard it all. Unless you're walking into a 1v5 with only utility mages and supports on the enemy team, CC is no problem against Annie because she one-two shots everyone on the enemy side in like 0.5 seconds. Annie can 100-0 ANYONE (even at levels 7-10) as long as she has 
with another item of at least 60-70 AP, having the largest AP ratios besides DoT ults like Katrina and Malhazar, (Q- 75ish), (W- 85ish), (E- 20ish PER TICK) (R- 65ish burst, followed by 20/tick and 10/tick damages over 45 seconds) making her impossible to kill or fight. Her base damage at level 6 (upgrading Q- most common) is around 400 burst, followed by 200 over a few seconds while waiting for the 200 burst to come back up nearly instantly. (with a 350-450 ratio depending on how many times Annie is attacked and how long tibbers is in battle). So, with like 150 AP, plus 100 from Ludens Echo, Annie deals around (1500-30%, an average MR at this level), 1050 damage over about 3.5 seconds, with CC covering most of it. Remember, this is statistics for LEVEL 7-10.
Second- Passive makes no sense How Excactly does fire stun the enemy? What is this skill, and how does it fit into Annie's play?
Third- Q sharing Annie's attack range. Abilities are supposed to outrange auto attacks, yet this one doesn't.
Fourth- W AoE problem- Bug or Intended? Syndras E gains 50% bonus spell width at level 5 rank. This is the same cause with Annie's W, except it is not the hitbox highlighted. In short, people slightly outside of Annie's hitbox still take damage.
Fifth- What is her E's purpose A fire Mage has a solely defensive skill, especially because Annie is full burst and no sustain. This ability will never be used besides charging up her stun, and should be reworked.
Sixth- Tibbers! Tibbers is extremely slow, causing him to miss out on fights when much needed. This is kind of stupid, since Annie is charging into battle with all this squishiness while her tank Bear lags behind. If anything, Tibs should be faster than Annie, not slower.
Again, Annie is kind of a disaster caught between broken, nonsensical, and ridiculous champion.
